Are you passionate about photography and want to help our wonderful WordPress community? Now is the high-time you apply! WordCamp Europe 2020 opened Call for Photographers in January and all fanatical photographers were summoned to apply. It is still open, however, the deadline to apply as Photographers is nearing.
The Call for Photographers closes on 25 March 2020. The date is nearing and you need to apply right away if you want to become a Volunteer Photographer for the event.
Make sure you add a link to your portfolio or online gallery in the application form. The team will consider your application only if you provide samples of your work. Every applicant will be notified about their selection.
Since WordCamps are volunteer-based programs, the Photography at WordCamp Europe is also volunteer-based. However, the selected photographers will get a free pass to the WCEU event and also get an invitation to the exclusive Volunteers Social events.
Check out the WCEU photo gallery to see work from many talented photographers and photo editors, who beautifully documented past editions of WordCamp Europe. The team is looking for similar styles of photography.
WCEU Photographers’ Responsibilities:
- shoot in your own style
- produce sharp, high-quality photos and/or video
- edit and post-process your images
- release your images under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license

WordCamp Europe 2020 is taking place on 4-6 June 2020 at Super Block Arena in Porto, Portugal. The event is probably one of the biggest WordPress conferences around the globe. WCEU2020 is happening for three days, one being the contributor day and the other two being official conference days.
