In local Kathmandu terms, ‘Jhilkey’ translates to amusing, humorous, fashionable, and stylish. It embodies a sense of lightheartedness and delightfulness. Jhilkey sums up the essence of fun and playfulness, traits that often find a place in the hearts of WordCamp attendees.

“Jhilkey” for WordCamp Kathmandu 2023 is a delightful character that reflects the fusion of these concepts.
