WordCamp Asia 2023 is the first Asian flagship happening on 17-19 February 2023 in Bangkok. And the team has announced the Call For A/V Team Crew (Photographers, Videographers, and Interviewers). If you are fond of capturing using your cameras and bringing an artistic perspective to the event, then this role is for you.
Key Information of roles
It is a great opportunity to be a part of A/V Team crew at WordCamp Asia 2023. This will give you fantastic experience and lets you meet a diverse range of interesting people from around the world while collaborating with fellow crews.
The following are the roles of A/V Team Crew at WCAsia 2023:
- Photographer
- Photo Editor
- Videographer
- Video Editor
- Interviewer
As an photographer/videographer you are free and encouraged to:
- shoot in your own way (free style)
- create clear, high-quality photos and videos
- retouch and post-process your photos and videos
- make your photos and videos available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.
And, as an interviewer you are free to interview:
- Organizers
- Speakers
- Sponsors
- Attendees
A/V Team crew activities, like all other positions at WordCamp Asia, will be performed on a volunteer basis. You will receive a free ticket and an invitation to the before/after WordCamp parties as a thank you for your support.
