Are you excited about the new look of the WordPress New page? Well, the wait is over! The new revamped WordPress News page has been published and looks sleek with clean typography and more focus on the content area.
A little change in a few years is always a better choice. Similarly, after many years, the team has finally published a new look for the News page. Kudos to Beatriz Fialho and PabloHoney! They initiated the idea of giving the WP News page a brand new look back in June 2021.
According to the official announcement, the new design leans on the aesthetics of jazz, intrinsically connected to WordPress and which ultimately translates its uniqueness, historic significance, and future potential.
The Revamped page includes new typefaces for better readability and the design is easy on the eye as well. Also, the design intends to reflect Gutenberg generally.
The header of the page still needs a lot of improvement as per the team to enhance the information architecture.
The News page was created to convey the message about the WordPress project and everything related. Thus, it is fundamental for it to have clear language and expectations, especially since WordPress is growing internationally.
