This year’s grand WordPress conference—WordCamp Kathmandu 2019 is gearing up to be held on 16th and 17th of March. The event is going to be held at Bougainvilla Events in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. We, the DevotePress team have been signed as the official online media partner for WordCamp Kathmandu 2019. Therefore, we will be providing you with the happening news related to WCKTM and keep you informed about the development process.
WordCamps are locally-organized, annual conferences covering everything related to WordPress. It brings together WordPress community members from all over the world at a commonplace, providing a chance to gather in a new location to share insights and experiences, do business, make connections and talk about WordPress. First started in 2006 by Matt Mullenweg, the co-founder of WordPress, in San Francisco, and since then local communities have organized their own WordCamps. The frequency of WordCamps has been steadily increasing each year.
Similar to the previous WordCamps, WordCamp Kathmandu 2019 is also going to be a two-day event—16th being the official WordCamp day and 17th as the Contributor day. You can expect two days full of WordPress lovers, inspiration, learning and sharing of ideas. We are very happy and proud that we’ve been given the opportunity to be a part of this extravaganza as the official online media partner.
