This year, one of the biggest WordPress conferences in the world, WordCamp Europe 2023 is happening in Athens, Greece. The WordCamp Europe 2023 will take place on 8-10 June 2023. The first is Contributor Day and the other two days are Conference Days. As the event is getting nearer, the team has announced the first group speakers.

Sarah Galantini
Sarah is a creative coder from Brazil who was introduced to the world of WordPress after moving to the North Pole 9 years ago. She’s the lead Frontend Developer at Tromsø-based web agency, Gnist Design. Curious by nature, she embraced the early stages of Gutenberg and FSE enthusiastically. Likewise with the emerging AI technologies, promptly incorporating them into her bag of productivity tricks.
Dario Jazbec Hrvatin
Dario is a Content Manager for OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML and Toolset plugins. He was born in Croatia and now live in Slovenia with his wife, daughter, and their chihuahua dog. He is also a seasoned musician and singer-songwriter. In the past, he has worked as a web developer and spent some years freelancing, then in a non-governmental sector, and also creating websites for a marketing agency.
Hristo Pandjarov
Hristo is a true WordPress pro and long-term WordPress community member, who’s done it all: from building WordPress websites, to designing WordPress themes and developing award-winning WordPress plugins, to building entire large-scale WordPress-based systems. He’s been fortunate to have his passion for WordPress and his work overlap at SiteGround, where he is in charge of all WordPress-related products and services and manages a team of several WordPress developers.
Tim Nash
Tim is a WordPress security consultant. He helps organisations become more security conscious and keep themselves and you safe on the web. He is also known to give the odd talk here and there, as well as writing for and occasionally starring in some of the weirdest security improv comedy talks you are likely to have never seen.
Ivo Oltmans
Ivo is a Dutch native who lives in Barcelona. He leads sales at Quaderno.io and has helped thousands of companies with tax compliance.
