WordPress 5.3.1 Release Candidate 1 Available for Testing

A quick update, WordPress 5.3.1 Release Candidate 1 is now available and you can start testing. The new update includes a total of 44 enhancements and fixes.

WordPress 5.3.1 Release Candidate 1 contains enhancements regarding the block editor, the new default Twenty Twenty theme, accessibility focus, Admin CSS, internationalization, media, and many more.

To test WordPress 5.3.1 Release Candidate 1, you can use the WordPress Beta Tester plugin (you’ll want to select the “point release nightlies” option) or you can also directly download the release candidate here (zip).

As mentioned earlier, WordPress 5.3.1 Release Candidate 1 has a total of 44 fixes. They are:
