She was born in 1971 in The Netherlands, into a family with a rich heritage of visual artists, sculptors, musicians, and eccentric professors. The source of her commercial genes is a mystery, but her passion for creating and designing has genetically been unavoidable. She built her first website in 1998 and freelanced on the side for many years. By 2008, Anne committed to full-time entrepreneurship.
